Wash your genitals with warm water and mild soap or intimate gel at least twice a day. Wash from the front towards the back to prevent bacteria from your anus to come in contact with your vagina.

Use a douche once in a while if you are sexually active to clean the inside of your vagina.

During your period change your tampons or mentsrual pads often, at least 4 or 5 times a day. Wash your genitals with mild soap more often than usual. If you use tampons make sure your hands are very clean when you are introducing the tampon inside and don't use them during the night.

Pay attention to your intimate hygiene to prevent any infections by washing your genitals daily.

White fluid accumulates under your foreskin so you should remove it on a regular basis. Pull your foreskin away from the tip of the penis and wash the 'head' using a mild soap and warm water. Rinse well so that no soap remains because it might cause irritations. Don't forget to wash the scrotum as well, and remember to always have your hands clean when you touch your genitals.
